24/hr Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so a minimum 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. 

If you cancel your appointment the day of, or if you are a "no-show" a $30 fee for each scheduled pup will be collected before rescheduling your next visit with us. 

 

Set up and clean up after each appointment is not included on your invoice.

The time starts as soon as we have your pup in the spa room with us.

We will record the time we began and the time we finished.

Bad Weather Policy

We can’t predict Mother Nature so that wouldn’t apply if we can’t make it due to a weather condition. We run the unit off a generator. It is not safe to run a generator during the peak of a bad weather storm /severe weather conditions. We will then have to reschedule.

Unforseen Circumstances

If we absolutely can’t make an appointment we will let you know in advance and offer a 10% discount on your next visit that we reschedule for the inconvenience.

We reserve the right to refuse any pet service due to circumstances which | feel the pet is behaving aggressively, isn’t allowing grooming, or is severely matted as well as flea/tick infested pets.

A trip fee of $65 will be required.
